I was absolutely delighted during my stay here! The hotel is fairly new, and my Deluxe Room boasted stunning views of the Himalayas, which I enjoyed every day of my 9-night stay. The in-hotel app made ordering room service and massages incredibly convenient and efficient.

the ambassador exceeded my expectations during my stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the clean and spacious room, along with the amazing rooftop restaurant, made my visit truly enjoyable.

the only downside was the unpredictable bathroom fixtures, but the staff were super friendly and helped set up a taxi for me. loved the rooftop restaurant, ate there a bunch of times! ! also, the location's perfect for exploring the city!
